Kraak & Smaak – Dynamite (Feat SebastiAn)

Kraak & Smaak (meaning ‘crunch & taste’, which is derived from a Dutch proverb) are a musical producer trio from the town of Leiden, the Netherlands consisting of Oscar de Jong, Mark Kneppers and Wim Plug. They released debut album “Boogie Angst” in 2005 and second “Plastic People” in 2008 and are responsible for such hits as “Squeeze Me”, “Plastic People”, “Money In The Bag”, “No Sun In The Sky” and my personal favorite “Danse Macabre”.

Dynamite” is the first single from Kraak & Smaak’s forthcoming third album. It will be released on Jalapeno Records, December 6th 2010, but it was available exclusively of Beatport since November 22. It’s a funky electro track that starts out slow but quickly escalates to a floor-stomping dance track. Kraak & Smaak created also another “Boogie Funk Version” of “Dynamite” plus it was remixed by Sander Kleinenberg and Pink Elephant. This track has also been given the ultimate music video treatment by Superelectric / Henk Loorbach.

  1. Hi, Danse Macabre is indeed my favorite K&S track, but some years ago i heard one remix of it that was equally fantastic. I can’t remember who did this remix and i can’t find it. Do you know any remix of this track? Thx!
